Thihan Chandramohan is an APA physiotherapist with 20 years clinical experience. Since 2007 Thihan has worked extensively with cricketers, from elite professionals through to talented juniors. His previous positions include Head Physiotherapist with the Bangladesh National Cricket Team, Sports Medicine and Sports Science Manager at Hampshire County Cricket Team and Physiotherapist with the Victorian Men's, Women's and Melbourne Stars Cricket Teams. These roles included planning and implementation of the high-performance program and provision of support services year round.

Thihan has a special interest in lumbar spine (lower back) rehabilitation in fast bowlers, throwing shoulder injuries, and tendon pathologies.
