For referring clinicians
A second view.
A shared plan.
A focused review of a cricket injury, stalled rehabilitation or return-to-play question, alongside the clinician already providing care.
Start with the referral question
I help clarify the question to be answered: the current rehabilitation approach, return criteria, bowling demands or coordination between providers.
First we confirm suitability, location and scope. Then we agree relevant records, consent and a secure clinical transfer process. This website does not accept clinical uploads.
A written output, with a purpose
The agreed output sets out the review, recommendations, limitations and next actions for the authorised treating team.
Records review and coordination take time outside a video appointment. That scope and any associated fee are agreed beforehand. No new referral fee is assumed here.

Discuss the referral process
I read these enquiries myself and reply as soon as possible. This is not an emergency service.
Leave out player names, dates of birth, diagnoses, scans and health histories. Records follow through an agreed clinical process after suitability and consent.
Need a personal appointment instead?
Players seeking their own assessment do not need a clinician referral for a private consultation. Choose the appropriate clinical route.
