Ongoing support for cricketers

Your cricket physio, before something goes wrong.

Ongoing cricket-specific support for injuries, rehabilitation, bowling workload and physical preparation. For cricketers who want more than an appointment after they get injured.

Not sure a membership is what you need? Find your next step.

  • 25 years a physiotherapist
  • 15+ years in elite sport
  • International and professional cricket experience
  • In person in Richmond, remote support where suitable

Most cricketers only see a physio after something hurts.

Cricket does not work neatly like that.

  • Bowling load changes.
  • Training changes.
  • Matches pile up.
  • Small problems appear.
  • Rehab needs to fit around cricket.
  • Gym work needs to fit around bowling.
  • Return to play needs more than being pain-free.

The Cricket Physio gives you a structure for managing those pieces together, whether you are injured or not.

How the support steps up

More oversight at each level, not more appointments.

Every level runs on the same Bowling Workload Tool. What changes is how much clinical judgement sits on top of it.

Which membership suits you?

Up to five quick questions, then a recommendation and the reasons for it. Your answers stay on this page unless you ask me about a level.

Step 1 of 5

Who is this for?
Fast bowler
Bowling more as the season approaches and want to increase load without guessing. Usually starts with Essentials, or Performance after a back injury.
Returning from injury
Cleared medically but still rebuilding running, gym, bowling or match exposure. Usually starts with Performance.
Recurring problem
A back, hamstring, shoulder or knee that settles, then returns once cricket load rises. Usually starts with Performance.
Aspiring player
Physical preparation managed around cricket rather than a generic gym program. Usually starts with Integrated Performance.
Remote player
Outside Melbourne and after cricket-specific rehabilitation and oversight. Performance and Integrated Performance both run remotely.
Uninjured player
Nothing wrong right now, and after better monitoring and preparation. Usually starts with Essentials.

Not ready to commit? Start with your bowling.

The Bowling Workload Tool is free. Log the balls you bowl in matches and training, and see how your workload is trending.

It will not predict injury. Nothing does. It shows you what you have bowled, which is the part most bowlers are guessing at.

A membership adds:

  • Deeper history
  • Soreness monitoring
  • Automated alerts
  • Player dashboards
  • Return-to-bowling functionality
  • Clinician oversight, depending on membership
