Rehab

Rehab that fits
your cricket.

I assess the injury, explain it plainly and rehabilitate it around training and matches. I have managed fast bowlers’ back injuries across national and professional teams. Start with the clinical need, then choose the format that suits.

Start with what you need

01

An injury assessment or second opinion

A new problem, or one that has not settled. I take the history, examine what is relevant and agree a plan around training and matches. Bring previous reports: with your consent, I work with your current clinician rather than starting again.

02

Finishing rehab and returning to cricket

Late-stage rehab and the demands of full training and matches. The Return to Performance Assessment tests readiness. It supports a decision; it does not guarantee availability.

Return to performance
03

Ongoing rehab or season support

Player memberships add structure around bowling load, rehab and preparation through a season. A current injury does not require one. For a baseline before the season with no current injury, Sports Injury Screening is listed with the fees.
