For players
You want one clinician who follows you across teams, contracts and countries. Tell me what you need and what support you already have.
Discuss player supportPlayer care
For professional players who move between teams, contracts and countries. We start with a conversation about the support you have and where it falls short. If there is a useful role for me, we agree its scope before anything starts.

Who this suits
This suits a professional player with a coordination gap, including players without year-round central support. Having a team physio does not rule you out.
Separate providers, changing schedules and incomplete handovers leave practical questions: whose plan is current, who is reviewing it, and who follows up?
I work alongside the player’s own sports science and sports medicine staff, not around them, so rehab, workload and preparation point the same way.
Each arrangement is scoped for one player, from my experience in national and professional teams. There is no standard package. If there is no gap, there is no need to manufacture one.
Players and agents

Discuss player supportA useful summary, not unrestricted medical access: the next review, relevant restrictions, open actions and an appropriate availability update. The player controls permissions, within legal obligations. Full clinical records are not part of an agent’s service.
Enquire as an agentA second opinion, injury assessment or return-to-play discussion. Book an ordinary consultation. No coordination agreement is needed.
A clinical review and coordination role, including rehab or workload oversight where it fits. Responsibilities, scope and fees are agreed after an initial discussion, separate from the player memberships.
Essentials, Performance and Integrated Performance stay on their own page, with eligibility, capacity, prices and terms after the service detail.
Your needs, the care you already have, your location and the schedule ahead.
Responsibilities, reviews, exclusions and fees in writing, plus which records transfer and who receives which information.
Actions, the people responsible and the next review date. Authorised clinicians are updated when teams or contracts change.
This is not emergency care, continuous monitoring or round-the-clock access. There is no promise about earnings, fewer injuries or match availability.
Specialist appointments, imaging, travel, match attendance and other practitioners’ fees sit outside the scope unless the agreement includes them. An online consultation is not suitable for every problem or location.
Online care and its limitsTreating clinicians make clinical recommendations within their role. Team clearance follows the team’s medical arrangements. Selection is a separate decision.
I coordinate the relevant practitioners. I do not provide every discipline myself or promise a worldwide clinical network. Clinical information is shared for an agreed purpose, with the player’s permission and within legal obligations.
Illustrative example. Fictional player. Not a live record.
Different people need different information. Permission, purpose and responsibility are agreed with the player.

I read these enquiries myself and reply as soon as possible. This is not an emergency service.
Leave out player names, dates of birth, diagnoses, scans and health histories. Records follow through an agreed clinical process after suitability and consent.
No. Scope and fees are agreed after an initial discussion, and no response-time guarantee is published for this scope. Membership terms stay separate.
